Zombie Duck Hunter IPA
Review Date 6/22/2025 By John Staradumsky
Welcome to Georgia, Beer Zombies brewing of Boulder City and Las Vegas, Nevada! We’re glad you came! Actually, I’m really glad you came after enjoying my first Beer Zombies beer, Zombie Duck Hunter IPA. Beer Zombies has only been around a few years, but if this beer is any indication of the quality of their beers, they should be around for a long time to come. Their first location in Boulder City opened in 2022, and the Las Vegas facility just last year in 2024.
Here’s what they say about Zombie Duck Hunter:
Your trusty hunting
zombie wades into the isles to flush out your beer.
Suddenly, there’s a can in the air! You’ve only got one chance to bag this
beer, and if you miss even your zombie laughs at you! But become a sharp
shooting drinker, and you can bag the rest of the 4 pack, drink ZOMBIE DUCK
HUNTER. A west coast IPA featuring Mosaic, Talus, Simcoe, Idaho 7 & Citra
hops. Chock-full of big bold hop aroma, with a blast of hoppy bitterness all
wrapped up with that classic pine and citrus that we love!
They had me at classic pine and citrus.
Beer Zombies Zombie Duck Hunter IPA has an alcohol content of 7.2% by volume and I paid $8.94 for a 23-ounce mug at Taco Mac. Total Wine sells it here in Georgia for $14.99 for four pint cans.
My mug of Beer Zombies Zombie Duck Hunter IPA arrived a beautiful orange amber color with a light head of foam and a nose of beautiful citru and pine. Taking a sip, the beer is medium in body with delicious caramel malt and notes of orange jello, lemon zest, piney resin, and long dry bitterness.
I loved this one, and you know I would drink it again.
Glad I tried it?

Would I rebuy it??
