A Stout For All Seasons

Review Date 1/14/2026 By John Staradumsky
I needed a closer, and in more ways than one. I was at Taco Mac watching the Patriots play the Chargers in an AFC Wild Card game, and I had already enjoyed a Maui Mango Stickee Rice IPA, a Bell’s Two Hearted IPA, and a Delirium Noel. I was here for the entire game (I never miss a game), and I needed one more beer as I ran out of beer before I ran out of game. The Pats were up 16-3, and I needed them to close it out, too. What to do?
Order a Monday Night Stout For All Seasons, that’s what. This beer had been featured as one of the beers of the month just the past November, but somehow I had not ordered one. How does that even happen? I have no defense, other than this location has about 80 beers on tap at any given time.
The beer is not listed on the Monday Night website just yet, but I found this on Untappd:
Rich and nutty dark chocolate mingles with lightly toasted marshmallow, buttery toffee, and hints of vanilla. At a casual 6% ABV, this new classic is a year-round delight.
I paid $7.51 for my 23-ounce mug at Taco Mac. As far as I know the beer is only available on tap currently, but it may be sold in cans at one of the brewery locations.
Monday Night A Stout for All Seasons arrived a jet-black color with a light tan head and a nose of dark roasted malts. Taking a sip the beer is medium in body and immediately pops with the dark roasted notes the nose promised. It is rich with licorice, caramel and a hint of coffee. The whole affair is ever so subtly underlined with vanilla, then finishes roasty bitter and dry.
This really was a delightful mug of beer. Monday Night just gets better and better, and you can bet your sweet bippy I will be drinking this one again.
Glad I tried it?

Would I rebuy it??
