Roller Ghoster Hazy India Pale Ale

Weldwerks Roller Ghoster! What can I tell you about that? Not a lot, apparently. There is no mention of the beer on the brewery website, unfortunately. It is listed on the Half Time Beverage website, where I got it, and on Total Wine’s website, but neither has any description of the beer.

It is described on the label, which I scanned in and you see above, as a hazy IPA. Weldwerks makes a lot of hazy IPAs, though, so what sets this one apart? What hops is it brewed with? Weldwerks has ghosted us on all of this.

What I do know is that it has an alcohol content of 6.5% by volume and I paid $6.99 for my pint can from Half Time. Total Wine has it listed for $14.99 a 4-pack at their Centennial, Colorado location, though they are currently out of stock. My can is stamped ROLL-003 09/23/25.

What I can tell you about is my drinking experience on this one, which was quite good indeed.

Weldwerks Roller Ghoster Hazy IPA pours to a hazy orange yellow color with a thick fluffy white head and a nose of citrus orange and grain. Taking a sip the beer is medium in body with a light pasty oats character, then pops with bright orange and tangerine. It finishes dry and minty bitter hoppy.

There isn’t much to set this apart from a lot of Weldwerks Hazy IPAs, but it was refreshing and tasty and I certainly would drink it again. Sometimes, apparently, it can be a good thing to get ghosted.

Glad I tried it?  T

Would I rebuy it??
